Monuments, Rivers and Nature around Talmay

A loop to discover the legends and heritage of Talmay, at the crossroads of the Saône and the Vingeanne. This walk can begin with the visit of the Castle and its French gardens, designed by Pierre Fisjean in 1753. A little further in the village, follow the thread of history past the birthplace of "Madame Sans Gêne", which inspired the famous play. After a pleasant walk in the forest along the Saône, give yourself a last stop in front of the Frêne chapel and its "fountain of living water" located below, before returning to the village.
