Flagey-les-Auxonne

Saint Lawrence Church

It is built on a hill to the east of the village; its existence is explicitly mentioned in a 12th-century text.

In the 19th century, it underwent a complete restoration under the direction of Phal-Blando, architect of the city of Auxonne. The choir includes an altar in pink stone from Sampans, a polychrome wooden statue of Saint Lawrence from the 18th century and a polychrome and gilded stone saint with a book from the 16th century.
