The town hall
Designed by the architect Phal Blando of Auxonne, it was completed in 1850. As the town did not have a church, a bell was installed there and then a clock.
Weights of 40 kg powered the pendulum's movement, and the hammer provided the striking mechanism. This system required 120 turns per week of a large crank, a task performed by attendants for 83 years. The clock is now radio-controlled.
The metal footbridge
This Eiffel-style footbridge spanning the Tille was built in 1925 to replace the wooden one from 1897.
It served the floating washhouse and provided access to the cultivated plots on the other side of the river. It was restored in 2013 by raising its height to protect it from flooding.
